4. Communications, Calls, and Text Messages
If You provide contact information, we may use it to respond personally to Your inquiry and communicate about a consultation, appointment, or service You requested. We do not currently use the consultation form phone number for automated promotional text messages. Providing a phone number is optional and does not authorize unrelated promotional or automated texts. If our practices change, we will add a separate consent appropriate to that purpose before sending those messages. Consent to marketing texts will not be a condition of purchasing a service.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Signals
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand Site traffic and interactions. Google may receive information such as Your approximate location, device, browser, pages viewed, and Site interactions under its own policies. We configure lead-conversion measurement to record that a form was submitted, not the text of Your qualification answers. The Site also sets the first-party cta_variant cookie described above. Most browsers allow You to block or delete cookies. Blocking them may change how parts of the Site display but does not prevent You from contacting us by phone or email.
The Site does not currently respond differently to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Google Analytics and the embedded GoHighLevel form may collect information directly when their components load, as described here and in their policies. If our tracking practices or technical response to privacy signals changes, we will update this Policy.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) hosts the consultation qualification form and stores the resulting prospect record in the CRM so we can review and respond. A scheduling link may be provided privately after review. See GoHighLevel’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics provides Site-use and conversion measurements as described above. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Stripe processes payment if You later schedule a paid service. Stripe receives payment information directly; we do not store full card numbers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
We may also use ordinary website hosting, email, telephone, videoconferencing, scheduling, accounting, and professional-service providers as reasonably needed to operate the business. They receive information only for the services they provide, subject to their terms and our applicable agreements.
7. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to the service providers described above to operate the Site, review and respond to requests, process authorized payments, and deliver services; when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights and safety; in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards; or with Your direction or permission.
